What is Smart training by SATS?
Smart Training by SATS gives you a personalised training experience using smart technology and expert guidance.
You start with an advanced body scan to gain insight into your health and fitness level, including metrics like bio age and muscle mass. You will also go through simple tests to assess your strength and flexibility. Based on your results, you’ll receive a tailored training programme designed to help you progress 💪
Throughout the process, a Personal Trainer will guide you, explain your results and make sure you feel confident and ready to get started.
You choose how you want to train. Follow your programme on your own, together with a PT, or in our Smart Circuit, available at selected SATS clubs 💙 is an easy way to get started with training.
Step 1: Book your free Smart Start
Get started with a 55 minute guided session together with a Personal Trainer. You’ll go through simple and motivating tests to understand your level and set your training goals.
What’s included:
Body scan – get insight into your body composition
Strength test – measure your current strength
Flexibility test – assess your mobility
Personalised training program - available in the app
Based on your results, you’ll get a clear picture of your current health, including your BioAge (Biological Age). You’ll also receive a personalised training program in the SATS App to help you get started and stay motivated.
And remember, (Bio)age is just a number. What matters is where you start and where you’re going 💙
Step 2: Follow your personalised training program

Find your training program on your home screen in the SATS App. It’s designed to help you stay consistent, build good habits and feel your progress over time.
All you need to do is show up and follow the plan. Simple, clear and easy to stick with 💙

On your own in the gym
Together with a Personal Trainer
In the Smart Circuit, available at selected clubs
Step 3: Follow-up with a Smart Scan
Stay on track and keep your motivation up 💙
Repeat your tests and see how your body and strength have developed over time, with an updated BioAge to reflect your progress.
Based on your results, you’ll receive a updated training program tailored to your progress.
The follow-up is optional and perfect if you want to track your development over time and keep moving forward.
To book a Smart Scan, you need to have completed Smart Start first.
The session last 30 min and can be booked without fee a limited period.
Smart Circuit
Train with smart machines that automatically adjust resistance and intensity to your level and your training program.
In under 30 minutes, you get a full body workout that’s simple, effective and motivating. 💪
Smart Circuit is an optional part of our smart training concept, available at selected clubs.
